How to Get Started with MyBox USA?
Step 1: Sign Up for Free
Visit our website at www.myboxworldwide.com to sign up for your free membership and receive your unique U.S. shipping address. After signing up, you’ll receive your welcome email that will include your US Address and unique suite #
Step 2: Shop Online
Shop at your favorite online stores and use your MyBox USA U.S. address with your Suite number included. Once we’ve notified you that we have your shipment, upload your supplier invoice to ensure smooth processing.
Step 3: Track Your Package
Stay updated on your package’s journey from our Miami warehouse to Barbados. Log in to your MyBox USA account to receive real-time tracking notifications.
Step 4: Receive Your Package
Once your package has landed, you’ll receive an invoice from MyBox USA. This will include your freight and if applicable duty and taxes, and broker fee. After payment had been made, we will clear with customs and have your shipment ready at our office. Payments can be made via CIBC 1stPay or bank transfer.
What Are the Costs of Shipping with MyBox USA?
Use our online calculator to view freight charges and get an estimate before shipping. These charges must be paid before collection of your shipment in Barbados.
Shipping a package from the U.S. to your door includes freight charges and duties by Barbados Customs if applicable. If you have duty charges, you will also be charged for us preparing the customs entry. Any package over US$30.00 (included US shipping and taxes) are subject to Customs Duty.
Please note that storage fees may apply if packages are not collected from our Barbados office within 5 business days.
